Delivery
Using your own courier service:
We are happy to send the goods using your preferred courier. Please supply the courier's name and your courier account number (if applicable) on your purchase order.
Cloud Zen's Preferred local courier:
For local deliveries, we use "Couriers Please". Couriers Please operate 3 pickups per day. 9:00am, 12:00pm, 4:00pm.
Freight charges per 25KG or per Cubic Meter (whichever is highest), are as follows.
Brisbane Metro areas $6.50 ex gst
Gold Coast $10.00 ex gst
Sunshine Coast $10.00 ex gst
Northern NSW $14.00 ex gst
Toowoomba $10.00 ex gst
We will add the cost of freight to the invoice, unless you indicate to us to send it via Couriers Please R/P. If you have requested we send your order via CP/RP and the goods are returned because you don't have coupons, we will charge you the freight.

Goods up to 1kg are sent by Australia Post, Australia-wide for $10.00 ex gst (NT is $24.00 ex gst)
Goods up to 3kg are sent by Australia Post, Australia-wide for $12.00 ex gst (NT is $28.00 ex gst)
Goods up to 5kg are sent by Australia Post, Australia-wide for $16.00 ex gst (NT is $34.00 ex gst)
We will add the cost of the service to the invoice.

Goods up to 3kg are sent by Australia Post, Australia-wide for $12.00 ex gst (NT is $28.00 ex gst)
Goods up to 6kg are sent by Australia Post, Australia-wide for $23.00 ex gst (NT is $34.00 ex gst)

Prices vary depending on your location and weight/volume of goods being shipped.
